Her Favorite Places to Eat

Teresa was not picky and if she like something, really, really liked it, she did it.

Like Olive Garden, she loved it.   She called the Turkey Creek location our home away from home restaurant.

She made friends anywhere we ate, the servers loved her and she was kind to all of them.

If one did a bad job she would look at me and warmly say, "Sweetheart, what if that was one of our daughters who made that mistake, would you overlook it?"

She was so sweet and easy to love, no wonder when we were being seated servers came rushing to see her and hug her.  She loved them all, and they loved her.

She made my life so rich and fruitful just being near her, and seeing her smile.

I was called the cheese man and she was the sweet tea with extra lemons lady and together we were so happy to be alive.

The pain in her stomach was so strong that with each passing month, she began to eat less and less at a meal.

She would try to explain it to me that she wanted to lose weight but I saw it in face, it was the sickness in her body.

She pushed it away trying to ignore it or in fear of it, I am not sure even now.

She wanted to be healthy she wanted to live, but she did not take care of herself the right way and no one else would be able to help her because of her stubborn attitude.
